forget all the myth saying, to avoid trade during news. it's not you system failure to handle such market price volatility, but it's more at your brokers trading platform who discourage such trading method, while with AM trading platform any trading strategies are allowed, including news trading.
I also include the indicator file
NewsCal-v107.zip
(38.85 KiB) Not downloaded yet
, at zip file, seem the forum doesnt allow ex4 file attachment. no worries file are secure and save, unzip and put the file on your indicator folder, dont forget to tick "allow dll import" upon inserting indicator on your chart.

I don’t need these kind of system or tools because I have already got the greatest broker to work with and that’s OctaFX, it has excellent economic calendar and having that means I am always well aware of any major news releasing, so I don’t need to have indicators for this and not just that but, it’s according to my time zone, so that gives me really great chance to work without getting news trouble in any way or even by mistake.

Personally, I don't believe in tools for trading or robots, whichever. What I do know is that, you need excellent skills to trade on your own, robots/tools at times end in a mess. I remember before, I bought a robot, it worked so well but after sometimes it started messing up! I was at the verge of leaving the whole Idea when a friend introduced me to FreshForex weeky Free webnars, I must say, since then, I am okay, I don't have any regrets, I don't need any tools!

I have seen the tool long ago but never used it. During news time market makes very fast movements and I don't think I need any space on my chart filled with information other than chart. But the tool is useful.

Yeah you need support of tools but totally relying on these tools is not good for your trading career, you should learn trading and try to understand it yourself.

Well forums are better in my opinion because here we can discuss and share our views. On other sources not so much. But unfortunately those who read does not participate. Only few does. :(

I have been checking out briefing.com which provide live market analysis of U.S. and international equities and the other tool I always check is Seasonalysis. The second tool is created to help investors identify seasonal price patterns in stock chart.

Social media has its own importance however forums provide "how to" information and are surrounded by industry geeks, IMO.
