EUR/JPY moved further down to 138.14 and fell into sideways mode before closing for the week at 138.95.
The bearish outlook is in place for the currency pair. However considering the recent support just above the 76.4% retracement level of the gains from 136.23 to 143.79, some upward consolidation can not be ruled out. On the upside we would expect a strong resistance near the 50% retracement level i.e.

EUR/JPY continued its fall and broke below 140.00 to go as low as 138.78 before closing for the week at 139.01.
The strong break below the psychological level of 140.00 and the 200-day moving average had made the bearish outlook stronger. However, the pair is near a support zone of previous support of 138.69 and also the 61.8% retracement of the move from 136.23 to 143.79.

EUR/JPY Weekly Outlook and Predictions
EUR/JPY extended the fall to go as low as 139.75 before closing for the week at 140.02.
The break of the psychological support of 140.00 makes the short-term bearish outlook stronger. However the immediate support below 140.00 indicates that this support has not yet failed decisively.

EUR/JPY remained in a volatile sideways mode during the past week. The pair had touched the high of 141.27 before closing for the week at 140.80.
The resistance faced exactly at January 28, 2014's 141.27 is keeping us a bit cautious and hence neutral for further gains, till the pair does not break above 141.27 decisively. However, we remain in favor of further recovery.

EUR/JPY had dropped to 136.23 but recovered strongly to go as high as 139.60 before closing for the week at 139.57.
The recent support came over 200-day moving average, which at that time was at 135.58. It was also a natural support because of the approaching psychological range of 135.

EUR/JPY continued it's strong fall and that has brought the bearish outlook in the picture. However, the current price action is testing a very critical support zone. As we had mentioned at "Will EURJPY Test The 16 Months Old Support Pattern Again?" , the pair has been maintaining a support pattern of finding a support near the 22-week EMA for past 16 months.
